About Snow Rider Neo
Snow Rider Neo is a more realistic-looking take on the sledding idea. The slope is wide open and softly lit, with snow-covered firs, rocks and tree stumps, and the sled sits low on the screen with its red runners curving up in front of you. The screen keeps a live readout of your distance, your best distance and your speed, which stayed around 80 to 86 km/h in our test.
Press Start Run on the menu and you are moving right away. A hint along the bottom of the screen shows the controls: A and D to steer, Space to jump and Esc to pause. When you crash, a panel shows your distance and gifts. It also offers to continue by watching an ad, with three continues available, or you can restart or go back to the menu. Our first test run lasted 103 meters. The game comes through GameMonetize, so an ad may play before the menu appears.

Tips from our play-testing
- Click inside the game before using the keys, so that it receives your key presses.
- An ad can run before the menu appears. Wait for it to finish or press Skip when it is offered, then press Start Run.
- Tree stumps can sit right in the sled's path, so look further down the slope rather than just ahead of the sled.
- Continuing after a crash keeps your distance and gifts but means watching an ad, and you get three of them. Restart if you just want a clean run.
The game's own on-screen controls take priority. Touch support can differ between builds.
