What this site is
Snow Rider 3D Play is a fan site about the browser sledding game Snow Rider 3D. It has the game player, a guide to the controls, tips for longer runs, answers to common questions and a moderated comment section for players.
This is not the official home of Snow Rider 3D. We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by the people who made or publish the game. Different websites credit different people and years for the original release, and we haven't been able to confirm which account is right, so we don't name a developer anywhere on the site.
How we choose games
- Licensed embeds only. A game plays here only through an iframe that its distributor offers to websites. We don't copy game files, strip the provider's ads or branding, or load builds from unofficial mirrors.
- We play the build we embed. Controls, tips and “tested” labels are written from our own runs of that exact build. A “tested on mobile” label appears only after we've tried the game on a phone, with the date.
- A short list on purpose. Related games get a page only when the player works and the guide is finished. Until then they aren't listed, linked or searchable.
- Broken games come down. If a player stops working, we switch it off until it's fixed rather than leave a dead page up. Reports from the problem form go straight to our moderation queue.
What we don't do
- No made-up comments, ratings, play counts or “players online” numbers. Comment counts are real, and only approved comments are shown.
- No score tracking we can't back up. The game runs in a separate frame that this site can't read, so “My best run” is something you type in yourself, and it stays on your device.
- No claims to be the official site, and no promises that a game is “unblocked” on school or work networks.
Artwork on this site
The player poster, the game covers and the illustrations in the guides are original artwork made for this site. They're labelled as artwork or illustrations because they aren't screenshots of the game. If a game provider supplies approved thumbnails, we'll swap them in.
Comments and moderation
Anyone can post a comment with a display name; we don't ask for an email address. Every comment and reply is reviewed before it appears. The community rules explain what we approve, and the privacy policy explains what we store.
Advertising
This site doesn't show ads of its own at the moment. The game provider may show ads inside the player, which is part of how the game is licensed and which we don't control.
